By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from StickersStyle LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the website and/or purchase our products or services.

StickersStyle LLC provides custom vinyl products and related services, including but not limited to:

• Custom vinyl stickers and decals for boats, cars, homes, and businesses
• Commercial lettering and signage
• Reflective vinyl applications
• Design consultation services
• Installation services in the Daytona, Florida area (when offered)

All products are manufactured to order based on customer specifications.

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Additional charges may apply for rush orders, expedited shipping, or changes to approved designs.

All online payments are processed securely through Square or approved payment processors. Payment confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

All products sold by StickersStyle LLC are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer based on the details provided at checkout or otherwise submitted by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once production has begun.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that all submitted details (including text/spelling, size, color, orientation, and design) are correct and approved.

Failure to read or understand these Terms & Conditions does not exempt the customer from compliance.

The customer is solely responsible for reviewing and approving all order details before purchase. StickersStyle LLC is not responsible for:

• Misspellings or incorrect text submitted by the customer
• Incorrect measurements or size selections
• Incorrect color selections
• Orientation or placement preferences
• Errors in customer-provided artwork, files, or specifications

Any request to change an order after purchase may require a new order and additional fees and may be denied if production has started.

Colors displayed on screens may vary due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and material differences. StickersStyle LLC does not guarantee exact color matching between digital previews and the final vinyl product.

Minor variations, including color appearance, finish, and material behavior, are inherent to vinyl products and do not constitute defects.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, images, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for reproduction. StickersStyle LLC assumes no responsibility for intellectual property infringement claims arising from customer-provided materials.

Original designs created by StickersStyle LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

StickersStyle LLC warrants its vinyl products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year under normal conditions. This warranty applies only to material defects and does not cover issues caused by environmental exposure, improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, improper surface preparation, improper installation, normal wear and tear, chemicals, pressure washing, abrasion, or environmental factors beyond our control (including sun, heat, saltwater, and severe weather). Warranty coverage does not include removal or reinstallation costs.

Shipping and delivery services are provided by third-party carriers. StickersStyle LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping providers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional fees may apply for re-shipment.

StickersStyle LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, StickersStyle LLC may provide order records, customization details, timestamps, and proof of acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as evidence.

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions may be recorded electronically at checkout, including date, time, and related technical data (such as IP address). These records are considered legally binding.

Our website may contain affiliate links to third-party products and services. We may receive compensation when you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we believe may provide value.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
