By accessing and using the StickersStyle LLC website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

StickersStyle LLC provides custom vinyl stickers, decals, and related services including but not limited to:

• Custom vinyl stickers and decals for boats, cars, homes, and businesses
• Commercial lettering and signage
• Reflective vinyl applications
• Design consultation services
• Installation services in the Daytona, Florida area

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Additional charges may apply for rush orders or changes to approved designs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, designs, or copyrighted materials provided for reproduction. StickersStyle LLC assumes no responsibility for copyright infringement claims arising from customer-provided materials.

Original designs created by StickersStyle LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We warrant our vinyl products and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or environmental factors beyond our control.

StickersStyle LLC's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our website may contain affiliate links to third-party products and services. We may receive compensation when you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we believe will provide value to our customers.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
